JMS Home Solutions LLC buys real estate for its own account. We may close on a property ourselves or assign our purchase contract to an investment partner. The price and terms you agreed to stay the same, and we disclose which applies before you sign.

We are not a brokerage and we don't list property for others. When listing suits you better, we can introduce you to a licensed real estate agent. We never charge you for that introduction and never receive a fee for it.

Estimates are not offers. Every number on this site is an estimate range. A firm offer is made only in writing.
